Nestled in one of the village’s quaint streets near the church, you will find this character house, built in 1940 and still retaining many of its original features. On entering the front door, you step into a spacious hall, off which there is one bedroom, the living–dining room, and the kitchen.

Directly to the left of the main door is a single bedroom with open beamed ceilings and a beautiful tiled floor. To the right is the sitting and dining room, complete with an open fireplace.

There is a small understairs storage area, previously used as a wine store.

At the end of the hall, through double wooden doors, you enter the kitchen, which features a large skylight that fills the room with natural light. On this level, there is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC.

Stairs from the main hallway lead up to a large landing where you will find three double bedrooms and one single bedroom. The first double has built-in wardrobes and shelving, while the second offers ample room for a wardrobe and dresser. The third double on this level has its own anteroom with a WHB and WC, which could easily be converted into a master suite.

Continuing up, you step out onto a two-level terrace with spectacular views of the mountains and surrounding countryside. The area is already plumbed with a small sink, and there is plenty of scope here to create an inviting outdoor seating area.
